Parents,

My apologies for not updating the classroom blog this week or last.  The server was down due to something they called, “a brute force attack”.  Sounds scary!

Anyways—-

Progress Reports went home last night, 2/27.  Please make sure that you sign the bottom portion, tear at the dotted line, and return to me ASAP.  Remenber that the progress reports are measures of where students are at mid-quarter so that they may improve.  I tried to write feedback on progress reports to support the improvement of students who need it.

In addition, ISAT testing starts next Tuesday, March 4 and runs till March 6.  The students will have 2 tests daily, both in the morning with a short break in between.  Please see that your child is here and on time each day.  Students will still have some light homework and, of course, reading nightly 🙂

If you have tried to reach me and I have been delayed in returning your call, please excuse me.  I have had some family emergencies this week and last that have spread my time out thinly.

I will get next week’s blog and hoework up for next week, so look for it.

-Ms. Krecik
